Journey to Relaxation Exercise

Hi everyone!

I am really enjoying this autumn weather! It is so nice, cool and pretty outside here in Cali.  Hope you all enjoy your weekend :)

The audio was very relaxing, to my surprise.  I actually took part in listening to it and participated in it as well.  I am not sure if it's because I worked a full day and feel a bit tired, or was able to just sit and focus on what the man was saying, along with how calm his voice sounded? But usually trying to meditate or relax is impossible for me, at least mentally.  Usually if my body feels relaxed my brain isn’t relaxed it’s thinking about a million things I need to do.

Overall this audio was very calming, relaxing, and I enjoyed listening to the description of what he was asking to do in order for the relaxation to occur.  I liked that I was able to follow his words and actually get somewhere in my trying to be a more relaxed individual.

  1. You sound like me Victoria, I always say my mind goes a million miles a minute. I really did like that exercise as well. I’m always open to trying new and different things. Also, I’ve never been to Cali before but my mom says it’s wonderful there. I live in Virginia and I am enjoying the weather here as well. Fall is my favorite season. The weather is just right and I only wish it could be fall all year round. There is so much to do as far as festivals and events and its perfect weather to be out and about in.
